🔍 What You'll Do

Test & Validate: Ensure software applications, including AI-powered systems, function correctly by identifying defects throughout development.

Create & Execute: Develop comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on project requirements, covering functional, non-functional, and AI-specific scenarios.

End-to-End Testing: Conduct complete testing workflows, ensuring seamless data processing, AI model performance, and system integration.

Simulate User Experience: Use web browsers and real-world scenarios to validate system behavior, detect issues, and assess AI model accuracy, bias, and robustness.

Document Findings: Capture, record, and annotate screenshots/videos to report test results, including AI model anomalies and unexpected outputs.
✅
Bug Tracking: Log and monitor defects using tools like Trello, Jira, or similar, ensuring thorough documentation of AI-related inconsistencies.

Performance & Reliability Testing: Evaluate AI models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability under different conditions to ensure consistent results.
✅ Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with developers and data scientists to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues efficiently, contributing to continuous improvement in AI-driven features.
🎯 Your Superpowers
🏆 Experience:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of hands-on software testing experience.
🖥 Technical Skills:
💡 Strong understanding of software testing methodologies.
🌐 Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting using web browsers.
📸 Experience with
screen capturing, recording, and annotation tools.
🛠 Familiarity with software management tools
(Trello, Jira, or equivalent).
🤖 Basic knowledge of
LLM (Large Language Models) and AI tools.
🕵️♂️ Experience with browser developer tools is a significant advantage.
🤖 Familiarity with automation testing tools
(Selenium, Playwright, etc.) is a big plus.
